We have selected this excellent oil for its clean, fresh odour. Grapefruit oil is also great for promoting a 'lightness of spirit' in times of tension and worry. Country of Origin: USA Plant Family: Rutaceae Method of Extraction: The oil is produced through a cold expression of the peel of the fruit. Grapefruit comes from a cultivated tree that grows up to 10 meters in height. If you need a pick-me-up first thing in the morning, try adding 3 drops of Grapefruit, 2 drops of Rosemary and 1 drop of Bergamot, blended in a teaspoon of Sweet Almond oil, to a bath. Alternatively stir the same essential oils into a dose of unfragranced shower gel.
