Unlike conventional water-rich lotions, its formulation contains only around 3% water and combines oils, emollients, humectants, vitamins and botanical oils to help the skin retain moisture and leave dry skin feeling softer and smoother. Overview Bio-Oil Dry Skin Gel provides intensive moisturisation in a concentrated gel-to-oil formulation. The formula combines emollient ingredients with moisturising components including glycerin, urea, sodium lactate, Sodium PCA and sodium hyaluronate. It also contains shea butter, vitamin E, vitamin A derivative retinyl palmitate and selected botanical oils.
