Melolin Sterile Dressing 20cm x 10cm 100 Dressings Sterile Low-Adherent Absorbent Dressings for Larger Wounds Melolin 20cm x 10cm is a sterile, low-adherent absorbent wound dressing from Smith+Nephew. Designed for the management of wounds where a larger absorbent dressing is required, Melolin combines a perforated wound-contact film with a soft absorbent pad to help protect the wound while allowing wound fluid to pass into the dressing. Overview Melolin is a low-adherent absorbent dressing suitable for wounds including cuts, grazes, minor burns and sutured wounds. The larger 20cm x 10cm format provides greater coverage than the smaller Melolin sizes. The dressing contains a highly absorbent cotton and acrylic fibre pad heat-bonded to a thin, perforated polyester film.
