Each capsule also contains natural vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Overview Sona Super Evening Primrose Oil provides 1000mg of evening primrose oil per capsule and is standardised to provide 10% GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). GLA is an omega-6 fatty acid naturally present in evening primrose seed oil. The formulation also contains natural vitamin E. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, an authorised EU health claim.
