How much do you need to spend for free pharmacy delivery in Ireland?
Most Irish pharmacies deliver free once your order passes a set amount. Below it, a delivery charge of roughly €5 to €7.50 can wipe out any saving. Here is every threshold we've checked, lowest first.

How to get free delivery more often
- Know the lowest thresholds. CarePlus Pharmacy (€38), Boots (€40), Holland & Barrett (€40) deliver free at the lowest order values we found.
- Collect instead. 7 of these shops offer free click and collect, which skips the delivery charge entirely if a branch is near you. See which.
- Don't top up with things you don't need. Adding €8 to save €5 delivery isn't a saving. Only top up with something you'd buy anyway.
- Compare the price to your door, not the shelf price. A cheaper item plus delivery can cost more than a dearer one that ships free. Worked examples.
