Help

Do I buy from Clarelune?

No. We compare prices; you buy from the shop itself, on its own website. The shop takes your payment, sends your order and handles any returns or problems.

What does "price to your door" mean?

The shop's price plus its delivery charge for that item on its own. If a shop gives free delivery over a certain amount, we show that too, and the basket works out the cheapest way to buy several things.

How often are prices checked?

Every morning, from each shop's own product file. Prices can change during the day, so the shop's checkout always has the final price.

Returns and delivery problems

Contact the shop you bought from: its returns rules apply. Our delivery guide lists each shop's delivery costs.
